Kelly Gray Collection
Kelly Gray moved to Seattle after a two week vacation in
1994. He fell in love with the tall evergreens and being surrounded by
water that the Northwest provided. His Southern upbringing has given
him a unique flavor to add to the Northwest astestic.
Soon after starting to work with Jane he began to
develop a collection of found objects that became The Kelly Gray
Collection. Traveling back and forth to the south the collection soon
grew. He first visited China in the fall of 2004 with Jane and the
collection expanded to include Asian furniture and accessories. Working
with manufactures in Beijing he has created custom furniture and
accessories in European styles with Asian sensiblilty.
In addition to his domestic buying and the many
shipments from China, Kelly has purchased items for the collection in
France and Italy. He is always on the lookout for an undiscovered
treasure, wherever he may find it.
