Your order can be processed via e-mail, phone or fax.  We accept Visa, Master Card or checks (checks must clear bank before we ship).  We will gladly quote shipping and handling charges in advance of an order.  Shipping, packing and delivery methods vary according to destination and the size and nature of the piece.  Goods that are shipped UPS are sent within 3 working days of receipt of payment.  All shipments are insured for full value and include a handling charge.
 
All sales are final.  Sales transactions are business and not consumer transactions.  Jane Piper Reid & Company provides information about imported goods, to the best of our knowledge, based upon information provided to it by our sources.  We make no representations or warranty as to the age or authenticity of an item purchased and sold.  All questions or disputes regarding goods purchased must be made in writing within sixty (60) days from receipt of the goods or shall be waived.  All sales shall be deemed to have been made in Seattle, Washington and shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without effect given to conflicts of laws.  Any proceeding related to any sales transaction shall be commenced or maintained only in the courts of King County, Washington.
